I want to start by thanking everyone who participated in our birthday celebration last month. It is so nice to share memories and look at our journey. September is always a great month for us. But we are not done. We have more stories to tell and more community to share.

October has moved in and the hope is the weather will get a bit cooler and we can enjoy a bit of the fall season. This month Ujima will share some inspirational business stories as well as remembering Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Of course, October can’t be fun without Halloween. So get your pumpkins and costumes and have a safe time.
