Ujima Magazine is introducing a new foodie blog written and tasted by Kevin DJ Flexx Fletcher. This blog was created purely for entertainment because DJ Flexx loves food and wants to share his experiences with the community. Texas Steak Out is sort of the new kid on the block, but you could never tell by the cooking… Had a lunch meeting there and the staff was extremely nice and professional… The fried ribs are to die for, but are only available on Thursdays as their signature item.

They also had chicken wings, chicken burgers, veggie burgers, hoagies and Philly cheesesteaks just to name a few. The menu is reasonably priced and not a wallet buster.
