2nd Sunday Playing For Keeps~ Actor Reggie Hall

Reggie Hall plays the role of Deacon Walker in 2nd Sunday, Playing For Keeps. We got a chance to find out a little bit more about him and his role.

As an actor, you have to feel great about being a part of the cast of Second Sunday. For your specific role, how do you prepare?

Being that I am not an actor, I have to look and listen to fellow cast members for help but most of all I have to pray to God to help me.

Did you read the book prior to your audition or did you just wing it with your own way?

I read the book prior to being chosen for the role.

What do you enjoy about playing your character and what have you learned from playing your character?

I enjoy playing my character because, as a deacon, I know the ups and downs of the role.

Not being an actor and knowing how the process goes, are you more aware of your performance of your character with the author of the book being present?

Yes more so being that I am close friends with the author I push myself to do better with my character.

Is there anything you would like to add?
I have never been anything likes this before I can say the group of people I am working with are the best and I am very proud to be a part of the cast for 2nd Sunday.
