Introducing the 4th Annual KAZI 88.7fm Benefit Golf Tournament April 21, 2014 at Riverside Golf Course in Austin, TX. Shotgun Start at 8:30am – Four Person Scramble Format Tournament fee is $65.00 per person in advance ($75.00 day of event).

Fee includes green fee, cart rental, lunch and gift bag. Tournament is open to all who wish to participate.

This year’s Lifetime Community Leader Award Recipient is Mr. Nelson Linder.
Nelson Linder was born in Macon, Georgia in 1958. Linder entered the U.S. Army in 1976. Linder arrived in Austin, Texas in 1981 and graduated from Huston Tillotson University in 1984 with a B. A. Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. In the year 2000, Linder was elected as the President of the Austin, Texas Branch of the NAACP. Linder was the recipient of the Austin Area Urban League “Whitney Young Award in 2009. The University of Texas, Dr. James Hill Award in 2012. The National NAACP Rupert Richardson Leadership Award in 2012 and the National League of Cities Local Hero Award in 2014.
