Retreat includes Afrobeat Meditation™, qi gong, art journaling, storytelling, nourishing meals & more. Join us to revive the historic African-American Ring Shout, an ancestral spiritual practice rooted in gratitude, rhythm, and movement. Seats for 20 co-healers (aka participants). Join us for 1 day or stay overnight for 2 at the Alma De Mujer Retreat Center in North Austin hill country.
