Austin Fashion Week has begun. I love to see what the designers will share this year. We have attended for several years and we can actually see change and fashion innovation that keeps us returning.

There is plenty of activities to participate in around Austin but Ujima will focus on Thursday and Friday runway shows. On both Thursday and Friday evenings there will be 10 runway shows and 4 mini collections. You can’t forget the Stars which on Thursday will be Jefffrey Sebelia, Gunnar Deatherage, Sonjia Williams and Korto Momolu. On Friday the Stars will will Jeffrey Sebelia (showcasing his children line), Sean Kelley and Austin’s own Daniel Esquivel. But there will be local stars as well.
