To empower African Americans living in Central Texas Counties~Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, Travis and Williamson to improve their health status through outreach, advocacy and education.

The Vision:

To reduce the mortality and preventable diseases that affect African Americans at a higher rate.

What We Can Do:

Organize community members to address lifestyle, environmental and policy issues that impact health outcomes.

Connect individuals to existing resources or create new opportunities to eat healthy, be physically active and reduce stress.

Direct community members to available medical services.
