UJIMA had the great pleasure of attending the graduation ceremony of some special graduates. The first was a heart warming mother and daughter . The mother Andrea M. Jordan, attended Huston-Tillotson University graduating Magna Cum Laude and her daughter Jazmin A. Griffin, attended Concordia University College of Science.

Graduating from Texas State University College of Liberal Arts was another special day . This graduate is the nephew of Damita Miller-Shanklin and the grandson of  the proud Mary Linnen. He has during his school term contributed to UJIMA using his various writing skills.
