On today, March 10, 2025, we will commemorate the day of Harriet Tubman’s passing as the ultimate day of rest for Black women. We will reclaim our right to rest from our daily labor, from our work on behalf of others and sow into ourselves.
Today is a reminder to pause, reflect, and renew. Take a moment to check in with yourself—what’s working? What needs adjusting? Rest isn’t just about slowing down; it’s about making space for clarity and alignment. Some ideas are:
📝 Journaling Prompt: What have I accomplished so far in 2025? What do I need to adjust or let go of?
📵 Unplug & Recenter – Step away from the noise and focus on what truly matters.
🌿 Recharge – Whether it’s a walk, a book, or simply doing nothing, give yourself permission to reset.
Let’s embrace rest as a powerful tool for growth. How are you making space for renewal today? 💛 Let us know in the comment section. We want to know🌻
