The Love of Roasted Brussels Sprouts


I realized last year that I like Brussels Sprouts. I did not know anything about them nor had I ate them before. I grew up eating cabbage and greens but that was it. I made them last Thanksgiving but they are good anytime. This is the recipe I used from the Food Network.

1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

3 tablespoons good olive oil

3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Simple right? I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. Enjoy!
