Ujima June Sunflower Tribe Newsletter:

From The Editor

We are cruising into the summer. It has arrived. I have been on vacation (that went too fast) with my family. We had a beautiful time. It gave me time to sit, relax and enjoy the ocean. I missed my mama 💔 It gave me some alone time. With all the grief, I have to say Ujima has kept me going and given me a place to think about something else.

We hope you enjoy our June/July Issue of Ujima. This issue will always be special because it was done through tears, feeling alone, thinking of my mama, and my full time job. But it got done with the hard work of my team and writers and knowing my mama would be disappointed if I did not get it done as I always have. I love and miss you mama🌹

Enjoy your summer everyone 🌻

What Ujima Is Enjoying

I had the opportunity to be a guest on the Bring It To The House Podcast Show. I had a great time with the host Milli Mills of Millhouse Entertainment. Please check out our conversation here. Ujima thanks Milli for having me. It felt good to talk about Ujima and share our story with the listeners.

Before We Go…

Have you been dancing with your boots on the ground? I hope so. For some of us, learning the dance needs practice. The video below is one we thought would be a great way to end this newsletter.  Dance, Dance, Dance!!  Enjoy!!
