Are you thinking about how you will spruce up your home this season? This is the time of year when most people start decluttering, putting away winter clothes, and looking at what projects need to be done around their homes. Just a quick side note, I never had the luxury to have different clothes for the season. All my clothes are adapted to whatever the season may be at the time. 🙂  But that is another story.

There are several different projects to look at when deciding on what is most important. If you are working inside the home where do you start? How about the room you spend the most time in. You declutter and change the furniture for a new look and feel. You can add colorful pillows, candles, an aromatherapy diffuser, anything you like, and enjoy in your favorite space. There are many other projects you can do but this is just an idea. 

The other part of home improvement is the outside of your property. Some ideas are checking your fence line. You may need to repair or get a new fence. The most common thing that people do is plant new flowers. Make sure the bushes are trimmed and you have great curb appeal. 

You don’t want to forget about your gutters, windows, and updating or replacing your deck and porch. These can be fun activities to keep you busy and you will have a great reward.
