2. Try to practice cleanliness in the new year.

How you keep the space around you reflects your state of mind, so if you try and keep things tidy around you, it’ll help you feel rejuvenated and calm.

3. Declutter your space.

You don’t want to be in a new year with unwanted baggage; try cleaning out your closet, pantry, fridge, and other spaces to give yourself a fresh start.

4. Write affirmations for the new year. 

Affirmations can help you find who you want to be, so doing that for the new year can help you achieve your true self and purpose.

5. Think about the relationships in your life. 

You should only bring positive relationships into the new year; distancing yourself from those who hurt you or bring you stress can help your experience.

6. Newer things

Try picking up a new hobby, watching a new show, or doing a sport. These things can help you bring more into your life, like friends, entertainment, and self-discovery.
