I don’t know about you, but I love a good hearty charcuterie board. I love to make them on the weekend while I watch movies or just as a snack that last the whole day. But what I miss is being able to take this great snack to work without having to take the board and the good food and cheese and setting it up. Well, I found the Charcuterie Boxes which is the answer to making this great idea mobile.

Regain Your Sparkle offers great ideas of how to make your board a box and take it on the road. The boxes are cute, small and easy to make. You can create them for all kind of events but I wanted to learn about making them for work as a snack box. Also known as grazing boxes, this is how you can make your own.

First you will need a 6×6 box to feed one…me! If you are a picky eater or you need specific type of foods, you can make it all gluten-free or without meat, the list is endless. But to give you an idea, this is what I will be placing in my box:

Salami or Prosciutto thinly sliced

Gouda or Cheddar Cheese (You can add soft cheeses if you like as well)

Small Crackers or Pita Chips (I like my crackers to have flavor)

Fruit and Vegetables such as grapes, apples, cucumbers

Olives

To hold your items like olives you can use mini baking cups and you will need small utensils. You can read more about assembling the box and how to place items here at https://www.regainyoursparkle.com/individual-charcuterie-boxes/

If you make a box, please share with us at our IG feed. I will make one and share as well. This is a fun way to snack and leave the chips and cookies alone. Enjoy and let me see what you make.
