The “Dress for Inner Success” Fashion Show Competition is a unique competition that combines fashion with personal empowerment. It will be held on October 12, 2024 from 4:00pm-7:30pm. The evening promises to be an inspiring celebration of fashion, self-love, and self-expression, with a mission to honor #BodyPositivity, #BodyDiversity, and #BodyAppreciation. It will showcase innovative designs aimed at inspiring confidence, and our theme, “Look Good on the Outside, Feel Good on the Inside,” underscores the heart of our event. This stylish, family-friendly fun, and inclusive event will also feature live performances, raffle giveaways, and small business vendors.

The “Look Good, Feel Good” Mental Health Education Symposium will be headlined by keynote speakers Larry Wallace, Sr., Founder of Black Men’s Health Clinic, and Dr. Calvin Kelly, Chief Clinical Officer of Harvest Trauma Recovery Center. It will serve as an educational forum for mental health professionals, individuals with lived experience, and their loved ones, to discuss various facets of mental health. It will also include a comprehensive and interactive learning experience for participants consisting of a combination of moderator-led panel discussions, artistic expression performance art, and art therapy group activities promoting positive self-image, inner confidence, and self-actualization within wellness.
